Arrival
Nous louons toute l'année, au week-end ou 2 nuits minimum.
Nous nous adaptons aux demandes de nos enfants et louons pendant les vacances solaires d'été à la semaine.
Les autres vacances scolaires, un minimum de 3 nuits.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A contract will be sent to you.
Deposit of 50% of the rental amount excluding charges upon booking, preferably by bank transfer.
Rental balance 20 days before your arrival by bank transfer.
Security deposit:
Check for €2000 (on the day of entry), returned upon departure or according to inventory within 30 days, after deduction of any damage caused.
Cancellation:
To receive a full refund, travelers must cancel at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If a traveler cancels 20 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid corresponding to 50% of the rental amount excluding charges will not be refunded.
